Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties: Direct responsibility for the sustaining activities required to ensure process and product lines run unimpaired Provides escalation support, working to ensure that the operation meets or exceeds its metrics For sustaining activities - Identify, define, document and implement opportunities to drive process changes that would improve quality, capacity, capabilities and reduce business costs For new product or process introduction - Participation in the definition, documentation and introduction of strong processes, process controls and quality systems in response to new opportunities Monitors and responds to requests for information sent to the business group mailbox In-process audits to ensure operational compliance Produces excel based reports to track key operational metrics Executes key processes that require engineering level resource Collaborates and communicates with management and internal functions regarding process and standards compliance, recording and reporting issues, and recommendations for problem resolution Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members Preferred knowledge and skills required: 5 years' experience working in a similar role within a manufacturing or service environment Demonstrated ability to work as a team member Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel products Demonstrable documentation skill Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Ability to solve problems within tight time-constraints Able to work well under stress, both internally and across functions while displaying excellent time management skill Proven record of out-of-hours business support and commitment Advantageous to have experience in Business ERP systems such as SAP or MSFT Dynamics 365 Additional Skills: Accountability, Accountability, Active Learning (Inactive), Active Listening, Bias, Business, Business Processes, Circuit Boards, Cloud Based Services, Coaching, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Debugging, Design, Design Thinking, Electrical Systems, Electric Circuits, Empathy, Equipment Testing, Follow-Through, Group Problem Solving, Growth Mindset, Independent Judgment, Intellectual Curiosity (Inactive), Long Term Planning { 9 more} What We Can Offer You: Health & Wellbeing We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.
