(3 days out of 7) to include 1 shift working a Saturday or Sunday from 12am to 8am from home and the other 2 shifts will be from 4pm to 12am from office based in Chingford (London)
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our Out of Hours Team at our Osprey House Hub in Chingford, London.
About the Role
Joining our team, youll be responsible for liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and supervisors to schedule appointments, ensuring that future jobs are appointed in a way that will ensure our contractual Service Level Agreements are met and no false promises are given.
Using our MSi system, youll actively schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs, discuss complex repairs, demanding customers and those who have suffered service failure, where your role is to instil the customers confidence.
About You
Candidates will have previous experience workingin a customer service out of hours role, along with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
