Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable Solutions Consultant to join our Professional Services team and drive customer success. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your industry expertise and technical knowledge to understand customer processes, identify challenges, and provide tailored recommendations. By aligning flydocs' solutions with each customer’s unique needs, you will play a key role in delivering value and fostering long-term partnerships. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the go-to expert on our solutions and their applications in our customers' environments. You’ll work closely with clients, sales, and product teams to understand the unique challenges our customers face, propose relevant solutions, and ensure successful implementation. This role is ideal for a strategic problem-solver with a passion for technology and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and pain points, and provide insights on how our solutions can address these challenges.
* Solution Mapping: Design tailored solutions using flydocs' suite of offerings to address customer challenges effectively, mapping product capabilities to client needs, ensuring a seamless fit within their existing systems.
* Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demos, workshops, and technical presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to stakeholders.
* Technical Expertise: Act as the primary technical authority on our product portfolio, providing in-depth insights and addressing customer queries throughout the sales process and beyond. Serve as the internal lead for coordinating and managing responses to customer RFIs and RFPs related to flydocs' solutions. Additionally, collaborate with the Onboarding team to develop and submit accurate effort estimates, ensuring alignment with project requirements and customer expectations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation, aligning expectations and timelines with customer goals.
* Customer Training and Onboarding: Support the onboarding team with customer projects, implementation, and training the customer.
* Continuous Improvement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to drive ongoing enhancements and improvements. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive solutions to guide customer conversations
Knowledge & Experience
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field, e.g., Aviation specific, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems (preferred but not required).
* Experience: 5+ years in aviation, asset management, MRO, or related fields. Prior and strong experience in understanding industry processes and customer pain points is essential. Understanding of aviation regulatory compliance and maintenance records management and/or asset management platforms.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital asset management, compliance, or SaaS solutions. Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus.
* Problem-Solving Ability: Creative and analytical thinking to align customer challenges with flydocs' capabilities. Demonstrated skill in assessing customer needs and designing creative, effective solutions.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Customer-Centric Mindset: A proactive approach to understanding and meeting customer needs. Strong ability to listen, analyse challenges, and propose relevant solutions.
* Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for learning new technologies and trends.
