Job Role: Multi-Skilled Door Engineer
Reporting to: Hard Services Manager / Hard Services Supervisor.

Job Purpose:
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Door Engineer to join the Account team.
The purpose of the role is to carry out on a day-to-day basis the effective and efficient maintenance and repair of automatic door systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility including rapid roller shutters, fast action doors, security barriers, sliding gates, pedestrian turnstiles, and other M&E building services.
Role Summary:
1. Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPMs to the site automatic door systems and other M&E systems.
2. Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Hard Services Manager & Hard Services Supervisor in line with the Service Level Agreements.
3. Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved. Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules.
4. To observe the company policy on Health & Safety at Work.
5. To undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested.
6. To install and repair plant as required and directed and respond in a prompt and effective manner to all reactive maintenance issues and requests associated with site.
7. To respond to callouts and cover emergencies as required. Attend and participate in any relevant training courses.
8. Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
9. Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems e.g. Logbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, eLogbooks, PPE, toolbox talks.
10. Compliance with and record keeping for CBRE ISO 9001/14001 etc. and all Quality Management Systems.
11. Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
12. Promoting and maintaining the core Values of CBRE Managed Services. Delivery of service in accordance with CBRE, Procedures and Policies.
Person Specifications:
Education
1. A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
2. Recognised technical qualifications to carry out the role of a multi skilled CBRE engineer.

8. Risk Assessment trained.
