An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Conference & Training team as an Events Assistant.
About this Role...
As Conference and Events Assistant, you’ll have an important part to play in our team assisting in the day-to-day operation of the conference venues.
You don’t need any experience to join our team and become one of us. All we want from you is a positive attitude, a smile on your face, and a passion to work hard in the exciting world of hospitality.
Duties include:
1. Setting up meeting rooms and events areas.
2. Delivering the highest standards in service and presentation.
3. Preparing & maintaining tea/coffee stations.
4. Assisting guests with AV requirements.
5. Ensuring all working & storage areas are kept clean and tidy.
What we’re looking for…
1. To be aware of food hygiene.
2. The ability to move items of furniture, chairs/tables, etc.
3. Ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
