Executive Assistant Richmond, Surrey Permanent - Full Time - Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) Salary in the region of £40,000-£45,000 Orange Cat Recruitment is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant based in Richmond, Surrey. This key role is integral to the success of the organisation, providing comprehensive administrative support to two full-time partners. The successful candidate will manage various responsibilities, including client interaction, diary management, travel arrangements, budget oversight, and HR-related duties. As the primary point of contact for the company's clients, the EA will play a vital role in maintaining effective communication and ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or healthcare environment. Highly literate and numerate, with a degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple assignments. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all tasks. Confidence in interacting with senior managers and executives from established companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and demonstrated ability to utilise these tools effectively. A collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently. Empathetic with a good sense of humor. An interest or background in healthcare matters is advantageous. The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid work model with hours from Monday to Friday, 08:45-17:30.
