About The Role
LOCATION: Hybrid - The candidate will need to be based in the UK as they will be required to visit our office in Folkestone for training/team days/client meetings. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days a week in our office.
HOURS: Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).
The Role
As a Junior Copywriter, you'll play a pivotal role in our content team, creating high-quality, performance-driven content that aligns with SEO best practices and client goals.
1. Produce SEO-optimised copy (short-form and long-form) for a variety of industries, including automotive, food & beverage, insurance, and health & wellbeing.
2. Develop engaging copy for internal and external business communications, including blogs, website content, and social media.
3. Work closely with the content and SEO teams to ensure content aligns with strategic priorities and brand tone of voice.
4. Contribute to the creation of editorial and social content calendars that align with campaign goals.
5. Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain high-performing content.
6. Participate in research and planning sessions to support strategic content development.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across multiple content types while working within a supportive and collaborative team.
The Person
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about writing, understands the importance of SEO, and can adapt their writing style to match different brand voices. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly organised, and excited about crafting content that delivers results.
1. Ability to create cross-channel copy that aligns with brand tone of voice and performance goals.
2. Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and editing skills.
3. Passion for digital marketing and an eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to write for different audiences and industries.
5. Excellent time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, keen to contribute new ideas and improvements.

1. Experience creating social media content and familiarity with social media best practices.
2. The ability to quickly adapt to different brand tones and industry topics.
3. Working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
4. Interest in data-driven content strategies and performance analysis.
Requirements
1. 2-3 years of copywriting experience, ideally in an agency setting working across different brands.
2. Strong understanding of SEO and editorial best practices for digital content.
3. Agency experience and familiarity with agency-side operations.
4. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance short-term deadlines and long-term objectives.
