The Role
As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities for the Business Development Managers. Typical responsibilities will include:
1. Managing, calling, and qualifying inbound leads
2. Contacting businesses and potential customers via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other sales prospecting methods
3. Exploring challenges they might be facing in their business and educating them on how technology can help
4. Collaborating with the business development team to identify sales opportunities
5. Working towards daily, weekly & monthly KPIs and sales targets
To be successful, you should have:
1. A genuine desire to work in sales
2. Strong work ethic – putting in 110% every day
3. A growth mindset – always wanting to learn and improve
4. Resilience – sales isn't easy, and there will be a lot of knockbacks
