Regulatory Project Manager - 1 year Fixed Term Contract
The Regulatory Initiative at eBay aims to be responsible for the design and implementation of customer-centric solutions in response to new regulatory requirements. The team's mission is to prioritize customer experience and ensure that any changes to our product or communications deliver value and minimize disruption for our customers. The team collaborates cross-functionally to ensure regulatory-driven changes are designed and delivered with a customer-first approach. Our goal is to not only meet regulatory requirements with minimal friction but also, where possible, address long-standing customer challenges.
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Manager who can support eBay to manage its high-priority programs.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of regulatory projects by coordinating efforts across multiple teams and partners.
* Work with legal/Government Relations teams to understand regulatory impacts and translate them into actionable requirements.
* Collaborate with analytics teams to assess business impact and report insights to partners.
* Contribute to the development of risk-based options that balance company objectives and customer needs, providing recommendations for leadership review.
* Assist in drafting and maintaining Business Requirements documents in partnership with Product teams, to ensure alignment on scope and implementation.
* Act as a liaison with impacted business units to gather feedback and alignment on proposed solutions.
* Support regular project updates, including preparing content for Steering Committees and leadership discussions.
* Coordinate closely with PMOs across different teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Customer services) to ensure cohesive delivery.
Experience
Potential candidates will have:
* 5+ years of project or program management experience, or relevant experience in consulting or a similar field, including experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
* Ability to lead delivery in a fast-changing, multi-national cross-functional business.
* Energetic, flexible, and comfortable with dealing through ambiguity in a trust-based, human way.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with experience in presenting to diverse audiences.
* Strong organisational skills, proactive and self-starting.
* Proven ability to collaborate and influence teams to achieve results.
* Analytical attitude with the ability to work through ambiguity and propose actionable solutions.
