What you’ll Do
The After Sales Service Coordinator will focus on responding appropriately to phone calls, web entry, email, chat requests from internal and external customers on the Stanley Black & Decker suite of products, and admin resulting from that contact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deal with incoming contact (eg calls, emails, live chat) with an aim to resolve any queries raised by the End User/Agents/End User Care team as soon as possible in the correct manner ensuring all contacts are also logged in the correct format.
