Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in South East England who are seeking to hire a senior education and SEN lawyer on a rolling contract for 6 months.
The role will be fully remote, and is open for extension pending the success of permanent recruitment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 5 years PQE,
- Have previous experience with SEN appeals and JADRs,
- Have a strong background dealing with tribunal matters,
- Be comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision,
- Have prior experience supervising/managing junior staff,
- Be experienced working in the public sector.
