Description
Your role as a HR Operations & Project Manager will be to:
Act as the main point of contact for HR transformation projects, including providing updates on projects
Lead and manage HR change and transformation programmes, from process improvement to optimising efficiency of HR ops
Develop change management strategies that support the business to deliver growth plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Support M&A activities across UK from TUPE, due diligence etc
Providing expert advice on employee relations matters, working with unions to support people engagement projects
Developing HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the business values
Deliver on post acquisition harmonisation projects
Develop HR KPIS to improve HR Analytics and decision making
Be a trusted advisor to management team and offering guidance on transformation initiatives
Profile
A successful HR Operations & Project Manager should have:
Proven working experience in Human Resources, including managing HR projects
Experience and understanding of HR transformation and change management activity
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyJob Offer
