About the Role:
As the Lettings Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the lettings process, from managing a portfolio of properties to leading a team. Your role will involve building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and colleagues while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring all properties are let quickly and efficiently.
* Leading and motivating a team to achieve and exceed targets.
* Liaising with landlords and tenants to maintain positive relationships.
* Conducting market appraisals and generating new business opportunities.
* Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and best practices.
* Overseeing tenancy agreements, property inspections, and maintenance requests.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a lettings or property management role.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
* Knowledge of current lettings legislation.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
