Network Technicians - Water Industry - Night Shift

We are looking to grow our diverse range of field-based work streams:
* Network modelling field tests
* Flow and pressure tests
* Water impact assessments
* Water network investigations and operations
* Leakage investigations
* Water quality monitoring, sampling, investigations, and interventions
Currently, we are seeking Grade 2 Network Technicians to join our Night Shift Sampling Team, working Monday to Thursday, 10 pm – 6 am.
The role is based in Kirkintilloch but will require travel across Scotland.
About the role:
* You will work as part of a two-person team, with an experienced Senior Technician, collecting samples on behalf of our client, Scottish Water.
* You will operate from defined hydrants, recording operations to report water quality parameters back to our client.

* Confident and comfortable working outdoors, sometimes in remote environments and in all weather conditions.
* Ability to risk assess, spot hazards, and identify control measures to ensure safe working.
* Flexibility to work away from home when required.
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of balancing multiple tasks.
* Ability to deliver high-quality outputs and accurate reporting on schedule.
* Competent IT skills for electronic data capture and reporting.
* Adherence to policies and procedures.
* Open and honest communication.
* Team player and capable of working independently.
* A full UK driving license is required.
* Contribute to a well-rounded, highly skilled team to meet KPIs and support business growth.
