What we need, in a nutshell: You'll be a key player in delivering the Operational People Strategy across the South, supporting the Regional People Manager and park teams to bring our People initiatives to life. You’ll provide hands-on support across all areas of People Operations, from employee relations and recruitment to training and performance management, ensuring our teams feel supported, engaged, and set up for success. We’d love to hear from you People Power & Recruitment Magic – Partner with our Regional People Manager to bring our people strategy to life Make sure our parks are buzzing with the right talent, and that seasonal recruitment runs smoothly, keeping everything in sync with our annual hiring plan. Employee Relations & Fair Play – You will lead on ER cases and empower managers to navigate ER Learning & Engagement Adventures – Drive a culture of continuous learning, making training fun, effective, and engaging. Support our Heads of Department and Apprenticeship Programme to build future success Safety First, Always – Make sure every team is fully trained and following health & safety guidelines, keeping both colleagues and guests safe while having fun eNPS & Team Voice – Drive our eNPS strategy and boost our “Hear our Heroes” response rate—because every voice matters Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need: Solid understanding of HR best practice and UK employment law Experience in managing complex ER case load, delivering training and volume and senior level recruitment Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities A passion for creating great workplaces where people feel valued and supported Full UK driving licence and the ability to travel up to 3 days a week into Hemel office and occasional Park visits What we can offer you: This is a chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing, people-focused business.
