Today we are a fast growing, dynamic and developing commissioning engineering consultancy. The last 4 years have seen exponential growth and we are now looking at building on the experiences and success we have had. We still consider ourselves as a start-up and have a start-up philosophy. We work in the Data Center industry and offer commissioning services to our clients across EMEA. These include programmatic commissioning design development to physical execution as the client commissioning agents (currently operating in at least 5 countries across EMEA). We often are involved with trouble shooting existing projects and we have a number of blue chip clients. We have developed our own in house planning software for large construction projects which can be used for both Construction and Commissioning. In this pivotal position, you will be one of our leads at a project level which provides crucial support to our clients and your team members. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous attention to detail, is a self starter and will have a proactive approach to problem-solving. A background in Commissioning ideally in the data center industry or other mission critical or similar services sector is highly desirable. The role requires a strong technical background in electrical commissioning, whilst being able to manage a project team. The ideal candidate may be required to roll up their sleeves when the going gets tough to support the project or other team members. Main Responsibility Overview (but not limited to): Act as Lead Cx Manager / Engineer within a technical team. Manage and liaise with multiple stakeholders including client, GCs, Vendors and Operational teams. Direct client facing. Review Commissioning Schedules and provide updates to them. Develop and implement specific commissioning plan / strategy documents for key clients. Manage the entire commissioning process from offsite to onsite commissioning. Prepare weekly and monthly reports noting key project metrics. Actively seek out solutions to technical problems that occur at a project level. Write detailed testing plans and test scripts. Chair daily, weekly and monthly commissioning meetings. Report directly into the director for all updates. Have a good handle on the project deliverables and scope. These will need to be tracked meticulously to ensure alignment with other stakeholders. Undertake commissionability reviews as part of a wider team. Depending on the project, be able to execute and run the integrated system testing (IST). Locations Required: London, UK Requirements, Experience and Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of commissioning experience, Data Center preferred however other industry sectors would also be considered (ideally mission critical). Have a strong electrical background; having previous experience related to your discipline and or specific qualifications is advantageous. Be able to use video conferencing on a regular basis to communicate with the director and other team members / clients. ITF will provide onboarding and support to get fully up to speed. We will also provide the necessary technical support as required through any of the projects.
