The Role
The role will develop, and it is hoped eventually you will run a sector. But you would need to learn the business. Initially, the role would be mainly office-based working on the phone and teams on an ever-growing number of leads and enquiries. Strong telephone/team skills are essential. It is a B-B role dealing with professionals such as architects, so you need strong communication skills. Often clients are drawn to your beautiful office/showroom.

Training
The sales director and the experienced BDM will combine to give you the industry knowledge you need to start a high-ticket sale. While you are learning, the role will be mainly internal but multi-faceted.
