OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
•Experience in Event Coordination within a 5-star property.
•Familiarity with Delphi and Opera Systems (preferred but not essential).
•Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a high attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
•Be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
•Check and verify rooming lists, ensuring every detail is spot on.
•Prepare Event Orders (EOs) for site visits and menu tastings, making every guest experience seamless
•Take minutes at key meetings, assist in weekly debriefs, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
•Manage important correspondence, track payments, and chase contract addendums to keep events on schedule.
•Work closely with internal teams to deliver world-class service and exceed client expectations.
