Pay Rate: £12.89 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 22:00 - 07:00 AM (Overtime Available)

Complex Recruitment is currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established distribution centre in Heston TW5 areea. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stable, long-term employment within a fast-paced logistics environment. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and previous experience working with an Electric Pump Truck (LLOP).
Key Responsibilities:
* Sorting and organizing stock, including soft drinks and alcoholic beverages
* Picking and packing customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and quality
* Loading and unloading boxed goods from pallets
* Scanning and wrapping stock to maintain order accuracy and security
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse experience within a fast-moving environment
* Proficiency using an Electric Pump Truck (LLOP) - this is essential
* Ability to lift and handle stock safely in a physically demanding role
* Strong teamwork and communication skills to ensure efficient operations
* Attention to detail and reliability to meet business requirements
