As Key Account Manager for Alto (a Houseful brand), will manage client relationships with real estate agents. You will be a trusted advisor, ensuring customers leverage Alto’s platform to meet their business objectives.
Your responsibilities as Key Account Manager include:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans for current and emerging customers in line with the Software business strategy
2. Deliver revenue and branch growth of our CRM and associated products, consistently meeting targets in line with company goals
3. To be responsible for customer acquisition, retention & account management as well as new product takeup for the dedicated region
4. Engage all customer and prospect accounts on a scheduled basis
5. Collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders such as Product, Customer Delivery, Marketing and Customer Support
6. Updating your product and market knowledge, and pro-actively provide clients and stakeholders with industry and business information
7. Take a data-led approach to managing the territory and forecasting
Requirements
You would be an excellent Key account manager if you have/are:
8. Experience managing B2B key / enterprise accounts
9. Able to travel across London and Hertfordshire (we'll share details via email or in a call)
10. Outstanding organisational and time management skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines
11. Self-motivated and results-orientated – with the ability to work on own initiative; demonstrate consistently sound judgement and creative thinking
12. Exposure working in digital transformation environments helping customers to understand the value of and how to unlock their digital potential
13. Interpersonal skills to enable working with people at all levels.
14. Ability to be flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving results-orientated environment.
15. Consistently role models our behaviours, demonstrates an exceptional ability to live and breathe them in everything they do and ensures those around them set the bar higher to do the same
