We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join us at our London office.
As a recruiter at BMSL, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing candidates for a number of temporary contracts across our chosen industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and the in-house database to identify potential candidates.
2. Screening Applicants: Reviewing CVs and conducting telephone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
3. Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Understanding the specific needs of different departments to ensure the right talent is brought on board.
4. Managing the Hiring Process: Overseeing the recruitment cycle from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
Benefits:
1. 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 after 4 years.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.
