As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking an Account Growth Manager to manage a portfolio of clients across retail, travel and leisure with a focus on client retention and revenue growth. Hybrid working with time spent at the North East based office. Role Profile: • Serve as the main contact for key accounts, building strong relationships and understanding client objectives.• Conduct regular meetings with clients, providing industry insights and product updates.• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities, managing the full sales process.• Develop customised account plans to meet sales targets and ensure contract renewals through exceptional service.• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.• Monitor account health, track performance metrics, and stay informed about competitors and market trends. Person Specification: • At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role in SaaS – ideally mar-tech.• Experience working with a variety of customer sectors • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and meet revenue targets.• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.• Proficiency with CRM systems and account management tools.
