The Human Resources team is integral to the organisation's success, you will participate as a team member in the provision of a quality administration and support service to the Organisational Development Team. This role will be responsible for carrying out all of the administrative duties for the HR team .
About you
1. 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (Grade A-C)
OR
2. equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy18 Months relevant experience
AND
3. One year's experience using Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Forms, Email) or similar
Responsibilities
4. Provide high quality routine administrative support to individual sections within HR ensuring the effective operation of systems and procedures.
5. Assist in the administration and implementation of administrative systems within HR.
6. Manage the administration of the office ensuring a continual high standard of service is provided to all staff, customers, members of the public and suppliers.
7. To work with other directorates in the compilation of training requirements, ensuring that all training needs analysis information is collated and stored effectively.
8. Attend and take notes at meetings as required of the role.
9. To be responsible for coordinating meetings, drafting agendas and papers and ensuring that the calendar of events is managed effectively.
