Role: Internal Sales / Branch Assistant

Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Overview:
We are recruiting for a Internal Sales / Branch Assistant, on behalf of a well-established trade sales business in the Northallerton area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactive and reactive telephone sales, with existing customers and some potential new customers
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Manage customer queries in relation to invoices, orders or stock
• Developing relationships with customers at the trade counter
• Helping in the warehouse when required
Experience / Skills:
• Trade Sales experience eg plumbers merchant, electrical wholesale, builders merchant, Screwfix or similar
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Team player
