Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Projects Business Partner to lead and support key strategic HR initiatives that drive business success. This role will act as a trusted advisor and project lead, delivering innovative solutions across HR processes, systems, and programs. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, aligning HR projects with organizational objectives and ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
HR Project Management
* Lead the planning, development, and implementation of HR projects and initiatives. Including acquisitions and harmonisation
* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution of all HR initiatives.
Business Partnering
* Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness.
* Act as a bridge between HR and business functions, ensuring seamless integration of HR projects into operational processes.
Change Management
* Drive change management strategies to support the implementation of new HR processes, policies, and technologies.
* Develop and deliver training programs or materials as part of the change initiatives.
HR Policy & Process Improvement
* Review and update group Policies.
* Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure HR practices remain innovative and competitive.
Data & Analytics
* Generate reports and dashboards to present project outcomes and KPIs to key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience
* Level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in HR project management, HR business partnering, or related roles.
* Experience in managing cross-functional projects within a complex organisation.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong project management skills, with proficiency in MS office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience using HRIS and HR analytics tools.
* Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment law.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset.
