Committed to sustainability, we strive to minimise environmental impact while delivering exceptional service.As our Fibre Procurement Specialist/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Restore Datashred's growth by sourcing and securing high-quality recovered paper fibre across the UK. Beyond procurement, this role focuses on business development, strategic relationship-building, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target high-value waste opportunities for key fibre grades Procure material directly from B2B sources and manage logistics for efficient deliveries Collaborate with the Head of Infrastructure & Paper Sales to identify key markets for fibre sales Ensure sourcing aligns with operational capabilities, working closely with operational teams Contribute to growth strategies by innovating and diversifying our fibre portfolio Assist the paper sales team in developing potential global fibre sales outlets Support and promote growth within our ‘Restore Recycle’ brand Undertake additional tasks as required by the line manager About You: Experienced: Proven track record in proactively identifying, targeting, and securing new sources of fibre waste Relationship-builder: Strong ability to cultivate relationships with B2B suppliers, brokers, and waste management companies Strategic: Skilled in developing and executing strategies to expand a procurement network Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing fluctuations Networker: Confident in representing Restore Datashred at industry events and networking opportunities Logistics: Experienced in managing supply chain efficiency across multiple sites Sector Experience: Commercially aware with a background in the recovered fibre industry, particularly in sales or procurement Some of our benefits include: Annual Leave – 25 days bank holiday Life Assurance – 2x basic annual salary Bereavement Counselling – Support during difficult times Free Onsite Parking Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) – Confidential counselling via Health Assured Eye Care Support – Free eye tests and up to £70 towards glasses for DSE users and drivers (includes retinal photography for drivers over 40)
