Business Change Manager
Salary: From £57,600, £4,500 flex allowance, up to 20% bonus + benefits

This role takes an office-first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office and two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.
What is the role?
As a Business Change Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting our growth plans for the airport. You'll work closely with Executive team members, sponsors, and programme managers to define strategic business requirements, develop concepts, define scope, and track benefits of key growth projects. You'll also be developing commercially astute business cases that drive innovative and sustainable approaches for each initiative.
This is a role that will work holistically and across several business challenges. It is a high-impact position within a broader business change and development function, driving value and strategic outcomes across the organisation.
What will you do?
* Define business problems and/or opportunities that contribute to achieving strategic goals.
* Ensure that business requirements are thoroughly understood, the appropriate blend of process, systems, people, and infrastructure solutions are explored and develop initial concepts, working with internal and external modelling resources.
* Work with Sponsors to develop the project brief and business case to secure relevant approvals.
* Identify, define, and track the benefits and outcomes required of the programme or project, including sustainability.
* Manage the successful transition of business change into operational areas.
* Establish effective stakeholder engagement mechanisms including formal consultation on projects >£5m.

* You'll ideally have a programme/project management qualification or equivalent skills.
* Strong programme management skills and experience.
* Experience in creating compelling business cases.
