An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a high-achieving primary school in April in Farcet. This temporary role offers the chance to inspire and engage students aged 4-11 in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
SEN support.
Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures and commitment to student welfare.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
A passion for teaching, with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in core subjects (e.g., math, English, science, social studies).
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Use creative and interactive teaching strategies (e.g., storytelling, games, experiments).
Provide support as a Teaching Assistant
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
Establish and enforce classroom rules to maintain a positive, respectful learning environment.
Manage student behaviour using positive reinforcement and conflict resolution techniques.
Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom for all students.
Foster social-emotional development through mentorship and guidance.What We Offer
