Are you looking to start your career in New Product Development? We have a new opportunity for a Process Development Technician to
join our brilliant team, based in Poole.

Location: Poole, BH15 2AS
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 (flexible start times if required)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Purpose:
To support effective delivery of NPD and Continuous Improvement agenda in line with customer category plans and The Compleat Food
Group brand.
Your Duties Will Include:
* Support the process team for New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) from kitchen handover to
launch
* Support with process factory trials and gather relevant information from trials including run rates, weights, settings, labour,
outputs and data loggings
* Complete process trial paperwork and support organoleptic testing of products
* Support post-launch review for ongoing assessment of product quality, manufacturing challenges and driving continuous
improvement
* Support with launch meetings and ensure relevant paperwork is complete
* Arrange and support the collection and sorting of production samples to go to customers
* Maintain process areas including hygiene, raw material stock control and rotation
* Follow all Health & Safety requirements during kitchen and process development work
* General office and administrative duties
Experience:
* Passion for food, looking to start or continue career within NPD
* Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
* HACCP / Food Safety Training
