Duties/Responsibilities:
• To learn and fully understand the Standard Product
• Maintain and update the CRM database
• Receive, analyse, and acknowledge sales enquiries, including verification of client details and obtaining any other applicable information either by telephone or email.
• Generating standard product quotations as required
• To understand our internal proposal programme
• Follow up quotation status with customers from various reports
• Preparing and emailing any documentation/certification requirements to customers
• Ensure all quotations meet customer requirements/project specifications
• Stock code creation and updates
• General office duties and supporting the full Sales team, including holiday cover for Order Processing.
• Transfer of monthly/weekly reports
• Responsible for Sales inbox distribution
• Stock code updates and creation
