We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to lead a team of five dedicated insurance professionals in delivering exceptional service to a growing insurance portfolio of clients Role Overview: You will play a pivotal role in identifying and fulfilling insurance needs across a variety of sectors, including: Care and domiciliary care General insurance (shops, offices, etc.) Speaking to clients to establish their needs to prospecting and generating new sales and introductions for both insurance and business solutions. Key Responsibilities: Handle risks ranging from £600 to £16,000 Cross-sell products and services to maximize value for clients What We’re Looking For: While we’re open to candidates from various industries, the ideal applicant will have: A background in sales for insurance, recrtuiment, wealth management or finance - (experience in closing a sale) A proactive, efficient, and self-motivated work ethic Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Why Join ?
