What you will do in your working day
The role will provide first line support to Landmark Geodata customers through direct customer contact over the telephone, webchat, Promap and Envirocheck mailboxes They are responsible for documenting customer contact details, queries and resolutions and other information in relation to customer interaction in the relevant computer-based systems.

* Mixture of visits with trainer, development sessions, virtual classrooms, mock assessment preparation and mock assessments plus on the job learning.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
