Job Summary Quickparts is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales objectives by selling our products and services, while implementing the European commercial strategy to develop and nurture a robust client portfolio. Key Responsibilities Client Account Development Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts to enhance sales through field prospecting. Conduct thorough needs analyses to advise and guide clients, validate requests, and prepare competitive quotations. Sales & Project Management Present technical offers to prospective clients and close sales effectively. Follow up on all client interactions, manage quote follow-ups, and ensure detailed reporting and consistent performance monitoring. Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction. Market Expansion & Strategic Collaboration Identify and secure new client accounts through proactive prospecting. Partner with the Commercial Director and marketing team to shape marketing strategies for trade shows and communications in the UK. Represent Quickparts at professional trade shows, analyze revenue variations, and share market insights to influence strategic commercial actions. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of technical-commercial B2B experience in prototyping or plastic/metal parts manufacturing. A commercial education at least equivalent to a BAC2 and/or technical training in plastics or metallurgy. Proven expertise in developing key account portfolios and acquiring new clients, with strong technical understanding of client needs. Excellent commercial negotiation, written, and oral communication skills. Customer service-oriented with the ability to work effectively within a team and commit to regular national and occasional international travel.
