Graduate Supply Teacher (No Experience Needed)
Location : Various schools accross Nottinghamshire including NG18, NG24 or NG31
Pay: £100 – £125 per day
Hours : Approx 8.20am to 3pm but days are flexible so you can work part-time or full-time
About the Role

As a Graduate Supply Teacher, you’ll have the chance to:
– Gain hands-on experience in a variety of schools

This role is perfect for those considering a future in teaching but who aren’t ready to commit to a PGCE or other formal teacher training programme. It’s an excellent stepping stone that can lead to trainee teacher apprenticeships for those who discover a passion for working in schools.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver pre-planned lessons across different curriculum areas
– Ensure a safe, productive, and harmonious classroom environment
– Keep pupils motivated and on-task with set exercises
– Provide guidance and support to help pupils complete their work
– Communicate effectively with absent teachers about completed work
– Adapt to different subjects, year groups, and teaching styles
Requirements
– A university degree (any discipline)
– GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Enthusiasm for working with children and young people
– Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
– Flexibility and adaptability
