We are a privately owned and operated Structural Steel Fabricator and Erector on a journey of continuous improvement to be the Fabricator of choice for our clients in the Central North Island.
Your New Role
Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, as the Quality Assurance Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business consistently meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems, overseeing certification processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
Role Responsibilities

4. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
5. Documentation and Reporting
6. Risk Management and Safety
Minimum 40 hours per week
About You
1. Minimum of five years in quality assurance or a similar role
2. At least two years in a managerial or leadership role
3. Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills
5. Problem-solving and decision-making skills
