Role Overview: We seek a dynamic and organised Project Manager to lead our new CSR Brokerage project. This role involves working together with local businesses and charities to establish and grow a CSR engagement support service, facilitating meaningful relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of volunteer projects and resource sharing.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1.Volunteer Projects:
·Work with partners to recruit and match skilled volunteers with local charities.
·Meet regularly with volunteers and charity leaders to align expectations and provide support.
·Oversee the delivery of volunteer projects, including skills-based, micro, regular, and team days.
2.Resource Facilitation:
·Work with partners to develop resource-sharing between businesses and charities.
·Organise and manage communication, meetings, and networking events.
·Work with partners to develop an online database to list charity needs and offers of business support.
3.Charity Session Development:
·Assist charities to create and market relevant activities for corporate groups.
·Enable and help develop relationships between charities and businesses so as to provide paid opportunities for employee engagement.
4.Project Management:
·Ensure effective coordination and communication among all stakeholders.
·Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and report on project impact.
·Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Key Experience and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in project coordination/ management.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good understanding of the charity sector preferably of operational delivery.
* Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
* Knowledge of CSR practices and volunteer management is desirable.
Benefits and terms:
Hours: 21hrs / 2 to 3 days per week (with the opportunity to increase)
Salary: Based on £32,880 pro rata
