Salary & Benefits Basic annual salary starting at £26,000 per annum Monthly Performance Based Bonus Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm Office based (no remote working) The Role The Sales Agent team in our operations department handles inbound service enquiries and booking opportunities from new and returning customers. Learning about the wide range of services we offer is an integral part of building confidence with customers. Clear communication of our capabilities, our pricing options and job scheduling is essential. Our operations department is a busy place to work. You’ll need to be able to focus on customer needs and prioritise urgent requests. In addition, you would be helping secure bookings for our clients, providing low level quotes and communicating to Aspects clients via email. You’ll receive training for a variety of tasks so you can assist with other areas of operations. These additional duties will include resolving client cases, chasing outstanding payments, and providing support to tradespeople. The role is suited to someone with a sales and customer service background who’s confident, ambitious, and quick thinking. Securing bookings relies on being an active listener and providing helpful advice. About You You’ll have experience within sales and working in a call centre. You'll have used CRM systems for tasks such as booking jobs, processing customer requests, and updating customer records. You’ll also have experience providing quotes to clients and documenting this within emails. Experience using WebChat or SalesForce would be beneficial, but not essential. Showing empathy and patience and understanding a situation from someone else’s perspective are important qualities. You’ll have strong communication skills. You’ll be confident in selling a wide range of trade services. Writing clear, detailed notes for our schedulers and tradespeople to process is essential. Some knowledge of resolving maintenance issues is preferred but not essential. Full trade training is provided
