We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Directors on a 6 months contract. Some of your responsibilities will include: Daily liaison with PAs and senior stakeholders, offering support for other PAs across the business and occasional cover for other PAs Undertaking confidential correspondence on behalf of the relevant directors providing a full secretarial support service Liaising directly with queries or escalations to the relevant member of the team Extensive management of multiple diaries and organisation of meetings including, preparing papers ahead of meetings, ensuring actions are dealt with and general support Organise travel arrangements and accommodation Support organisation of internal and external conferences; liaising with suppliers, colleagues, external/ internal venues etc. Management of expenses and petty cash and invoice approval on PeopleSoft/Oracle Monitoring holiday cover throughout Leadership Team Prepare documents ahead of meetings and general communication; formatting, sense checking, mock up slides from written notes Our PA teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for four days and remotely for a half day, Monday to Friday.
