Join Esco as a Service Engineer to contribute to the success of the company through effective site service support for equipment installation, service, commissioning, breakdowns, IOQ testing, and spare replacements. This is a key customer-facing role and requires professionalism and demeanor on-site to meet and exceed expectations for repeat business and validation of equipment across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Install, commission, validate, and troubleshoot equipment on client sites.
Work remotely with support teams to resolve issues, occasionally requiring travel.
Coordinate schedules with the site work coordinator.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment, tools, and spare parts.
Generate and submit detailed site reports after each visit.
Communicate clearly with clients and Esco staff.
Collaborate with colleagues for larger projects or work independently on smaller tasks.
Provide feedback on equipment and processes for continuous improvement.
Maintain professionalism and uphold Esco’s standards.
Submit expenses and reports promptly.
Continuously enhance product knowledge through training and documentation.
