The Role:
As the General Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and oversee the Machinery, Labour, and Commodities divisions. You will ensure the efficient operation of the business while maintaining exceptional service standards. This role involves strategic leadership, operational management, and business development. You will be responsible for managing a team of 20 staff across five offices, ensuring financial targets are met, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to support and expand the cooperative's membership. Drive business growth through innovative marketing, partnerships, and customer engagement strategies.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high service quality and efficiency. Implement standards and protocols to optimise operations.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
