SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst
3 month contract outside IR35

SystemsAccountants are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst to join the our client’s HR transformation project on a short-term contract. The project is a full-spectrum HR system replacement and consolidation across all modules, including e-recruitment and LMS, alongside integrations with bespoke solutions. This role will involve creating reports in SuccessFactors to aid the broader HRIS transformation strategy, with a go-live schedule in July.
Role Responsibilities
* Report Development: Design, develop, and test a portfolio of SuccessFactors Reports
* Produce high-quality reports that meet business requirements and adhere to data governance standards.
* Requirement gathering: work with stakeholders to translate report specifications and business requirements into functional reports
* Conduct quality checks and assurance on all reports to ensure data accuracy and visualisation quality
* Collaborate with stakeholders to review, refine, and clarify reporting requirements.
* Provide expertise on SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and configurations.
* Dealing with vague existing reports, sit with stakeholders to review and understand these, and then develop prototypes to share within the business.
* Documentation and Handover: Maintain documentation for all reports, including technical specifications, user guides, and testing records, to ensure a seamless handover to operational team post-deployment.
* Actively support the transition of reporting solutions from development to BAU, ensuring a smooth operational handover.
Role Requirements
* Expertise in SuccessFactors configurations, data migration, reporting, and workflow management.
* Reporting set up experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC
* Experience in client-side configuration and development within SuccessFactors
* Ability to liaise with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective reports.
* Experience working within complex integrations and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and 3rd party systems
* SAP SuccessFactors certification (e.g., Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors or similar) is preferred but not required.
* Experience across SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, Recruiting, and Succession & Development.
* Data Governance and Compliance: Understanding of data governance, security, and data protection requirements in a global HR reporting context.
* Experience in large-scale, multinational SAP SuccessFactors implementation
* Knowledge of standard templates and reporting best practices within the SuccessFactors Reporting environment
* Data Analyst skills – ability to understand the EC data and extract insights
* Experience within the SuccessFactors Story Reporting Module (Report Centre) is beneficial but not required for this project
