Job Description
* Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.
* Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
* Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment processes.
* Manage employee relations including conflict resolutions and disciplinary procedures.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
* Support the delivery of HR projects.
* Ensure record-keeping is compliant with GDPR and other regulations.
* Assist in the development of a positive company culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* Relevant degree or professional qualification in HR or related field.
* Experience in a HR role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
* Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
