Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor position for a large multinational Insurance company in Maidstone. Responsibilities: Take a "hands-on" approach to handling a portfolio of claims from start to finish. Handle phone calls, emails and tasks. Ensure all new claims are monitored and handled within our service level agreements, including custom arrangements with insurers. Ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulations. Accurately record and file all communications with clients. Support clients to get the best outcomes on their claims, advocating for our clients to receive prompt service and great outcomes on their claims. Work with Claims Executives to identify trends and risk management needs. Experience: High accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to process work quickly and efficiently. Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines. Insurance experience is an advantage. Excellent client service skills. Good negotiation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to identify and respond appropriately to an individual client’s level of understanding. GCSE Math’s and English (or equivalent). Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 Location: hybrid (3 days per week in Maidstone office)
