Job title: Team Leader-Support Engineering (Product Configuration)****\n\nLocation: Barrow In Furness, Brough, Filton- Onsite\n\nSalary: £45,628+ depending on skills and experience****\n\n****\n\n****\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\n * Effectively manage a team of up to 8 engineers on a daily basis with a strong focus on training and personal development\n * Managing, developing and leading your own team of engineers\n * Establishment of procedures for monitoring and control of the PCM (Product Configuration Management) process\n * Measurement and assessment of the PCM process effectiveness\n * Identifying the configuration of selected work products that compose the baselines at given points in time\n * Building and maintaining specifications to build work products from the configuration management system and deliver on deadlines to internal and external customers\n * Including and providing accurate status and current configuration data to developers, end users, customers and Stakeholders\n\nYour skills and experiences:\n\nEssential\n\n * Background in Engineering-MechanicalElectrical\n * Previous Product Configuration Management Experience\n * Experience in team Management and Leadership\n\nDesirable\n\n * Teamcenter experience\n * Raytheon EAGLE experience\n * Configuration Management Level 2 certification \n\n****\n\nBenefits:\n\nYou’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced\nannual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. You will work closely with all Engineering\nteams, Supply Chain, Testing and Commissioning, the MOD and wider Integrated\nCombat Systems teams.
