David Phiillips FF&E is a specialist contracting business actively engaged in the PBSA, BTR and Later Living markets and has been trading for over 10 years. The Estimator main duties will be to create commercially compliant cost estimates, prepare submission documents, support the preparation of internal and external reporting and maintenance of cost information in estimating database
Principal Tasks
1. Attend pre and post-tender meetings as required
2. Undertake cost estimating activities as part of bid preparation process
3. Coordinate design information / commercial input for bid proposals
4. Support the implementation of the supply partnering strategy
5. Arrange and conduct internal Bid Reviews as / when required
6. Help create and maintain current costing information
7. Prepare materials for internal handover on successful securing of contracts
8. Use and help improve estimating tools / templates / processes / procedures
