Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hengrove, Bristol
Salary: £25,000 + Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (Flexible working available)

With strong profitability and a rapidly expanding team, we’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide high-quality support to our customers.
What You’ll Do
* Handle customer queries via live chat, email, and phone with professionalism and a friendly approach.
* Resolve customer concerns quickly, including managing repair-related tasks and liaising with third-party service centres.
* Monitor and track repairs to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.
* Assist with customer reviews and feedback across various platforms.
* Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and quality standards.
* Participate in weekly team meetings and regular training to enhance product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and manage multiple priorities.
* A customer-first approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Previous customer service experience is essential.
Bonus Points:
* Experience in B2B customer support is a plus.
