Your New Role
As the PFI Contract Manager, your responsibilities include coordinating and managing in-house and outsourced services for a portfolio of bluelight properties. This involves overseeing both hard and soft services while ensuringpliance with PFI targets and processes.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Previous experience in a PFI role managing hard and soft FM contracts. Strong stakeholder management skills along with fantasticmunication skills.
What You’ll Get in Return
The PFI Contract Manager position in and around Exeter, South West. This role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home, the office, and customer sites. It’s a permanent, full-time position with a work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). The starting salary is £40,000, along with a £3,000 car allowance and 27 days of annual leave.27 days of annual leave plus 8 days of bank holiday (with the option to buy additional leave)
