Job Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk duties include:
* Processing supplier invoices
* Processing credit notes
* Posting & allocating payments
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Reconciling credit card statements
* Generating supplier payment runs
* Submitting CIS returns
* Dealing with petty cash & expenses
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
* Have a proven track record in a similar role
* Be studying AAT / ACA / ACCA / CIMA - desirable
* Have working knowledge of MS Office
* Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
* Knowledge of Sage 200 would be beneficial
