We have a great opportunity working as a Sales Support Administrator for my client based in Bristol. This is a hybrid position and a role that will offer a varied day-to-day experience. The role primarily focuses on managing the order desk, contacting and developing relationships with existing customers, and identifying sales opportunities.
Role:
* Generate monthly order, warranty, and stock reports
* Plan and coordinate customer events
* Create and amend part numbers
* Deal with all inbound sales inquiries
* Build relationships with dealerships, customers, and stakeholders
* Update customers with the latest product incentives and promotions
You will need the below to be considered:
* Sales or Account Manager experience within manufacturing
* Great communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Competence in using Word, Excel, and company systems
* SAP experience
* Detail-oriented and a quick learner
Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Mon-Thurs, 08:30 - 16:30 Fri - 1 hour lunch break
