Responsibilities:
* Lead the retail procurement team and collaborate cross-functionally.
* Oversee strategic procurement: sourcing, supplier negotiation, SRM, and spend analysis.
* Manage commercial strategy and contract management: tenders, pricing, savings, and contract negotiations.
* Lead supply chain mobilisation, stabilisation, and transformation for new accounts.
* Onboard suppliers via procurement platform and collaborate with operations.
* Support ethical and sustainable procurement, focusing on social value and supplier diversity.
* Ensure supply chain governance, risk management, and compliance with SCM processes.
* Maintain contract register, supplier directory, and SharePoint portal.
* Draft procurement and contract documents; monitor supplier performance.
* Update templates, workflows, and process maps as needed.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations, and maintain a network of industry contacts.
Salary - £50,000-£60,000
